Pro tip: Try adding in moments of gratitude for the situations you’ve created for yourself i.e. where you got (or manifested) the outcome you desired or felt those tiny synchronicities with your life where things actually worked out.

Where attention goes energy flows. As we work together to release the past, outside of our sessions you can start the inner mahi (work) by filling that space with what you want to believe, feel and experience in yourself. We recommend adding this to the end of your gratitude affirmation at least 3 times per week.
Choose the affirmation that feels slightly uncomfortable as you say it. When this begins to feel congruent as if it’s true for you move to the next.

The Process
Use affirmation we did in session or choose something different.
Set your alarm for two minutes.
Apply the technique while curiously saying the affirmations.

(without any restriction or limitations)

(what can I do easily and others compliment me on)
#4 How do I want or need to grow to achieve desired experiences?
#5 What do I want to contribute to the planet?
The process:
Get your pen and journal (or phone out) and write the questions down.
Set timer for 90 seconds, apply techniques and ask yourself the first question aloud (being really curious) imagining what this could look and feel like?
When timer goes off, stop technique and start writing.
Repeat process for all questions.
Put this on your wall or somewhere you can see.
