Get Super Clear on Your Biggest Future Fear

Module 1:

Get clear on the nightmare scenario so we can neutralise it with Havening Techniques.

About This Module.

Watch this short video where I’ll guide you through why we start with fear, and how turning it into a single image or reading it aloud helps us release it.

Unprocessed fear can make the brain treat imagined futures as if they’re real - leading to avoidance, procrastination and frustration.

Getting clear and releasing that fear clears the pathway so your energy can shift toward possibility and growth.

In this module you will:

  • Put that fear into words (on paper or voice record)

  • Explore what it would look and feel like if it came true

  • Create one clear image or readable paragraph

  • Send me your journal or voice entry and receive the Havening Release Process

Your Activity:
Journal Prompt

Without filtering, brainstorm and write or voice record anything that comes to mind using the question prompts below - the more detail the more we release.

Take 10–15 minutes to complete this prompt:

If your worst nightmare of the future came true and nothing went your way, what would (or wouldn’t) be happening?

Share Your Reflection

Once you’ve finished the prompt, send me your answers directly on WhatsApp. You can type them out or send a quick voice note — whatever feels easiest.

Examples of what people often share:

You are the first people doing these modules independently, I’d love to know so…

  • I can troubleshoot anything before we move to the next section

  • It creates a clear image so you can see how it changes in the next module (and I can help if it gets stuck)

  • Anything you send will be private between you and me

Troubleshooting & FAQ

  • That’s normal. Remember, you’re only imagining possibilities, not predicting reality.

👉 As soon as you’ve sent me through your fear, I’ll drop you the Havening process to release it.

  • That’s okay. Even a rough outline works. The goal is to get something on paper so we can activate it:

This can be a generalised feeling, specific emotion(s), body sensation or even an image generating stress

  • Good question — that’s why we’ll use Havening in the next module. The exercise activates the fear briefly so we can release the stress response, not reinforce it.

  • Yes! A quick WhatsApp voice message works perfectly.
