Getting clear and releasing that fear clears the pathway so your energy can shift toward possibility and growth.

Sometimes when we signal safety in the mind, stress pathways start to clear and other feelings want to be honoured and seen.
This can be a beautiful process — like emotional decluttering. If the stress is minimal at the end of a round before something new arrives, you can use this process again for the next thing.
