Welcome to the final part of our series…
By now, you’ve:
Faced and released your biggest fear
Learned how to clear stress and emotions as they arise
Created your Epic Dream Life (or Middle Ground) vision
Now, we’ll bring it all together. In this module, we’ll use Havening to connect with your future self, embody the emotions of your dream life, and receive aligned action for what to do next.
When you activate these feelings of calm, joy, and possibility — your brain begins wiring for them. From here, you’ll take action that naturally aligns with your highest vision.
This module:
Immerse yourself in the image or feeling of your dream life with Havening
Expand the emotions that come with it
Ask your future self for one piece of advice or action for today
Options: 8-Minute Guided Havening or “Play Your Own Recording”

Choose one of two options:
Follow the guided Havening meditation (8 minutes)
Relax, Haven, and let the vision and feelings expand naturally.
Use your own recording or journal entry
Read or play your dream life aloud while using Havening touch.
Let your own words and story ignite emotion and imagery.
At the end of either process, ask your future self:
👉 “What is one thing I need to know or do next?”
Write down or voice note your response — this is your aligned action for today.

That’s okay.
There’s a couple of reasons this can happen (see what feels right for you)
You’re mind doesn’t think in images and goes blank. Some minds work by vocalising or physically reading.
Try to voice your thoughts aloud or read from your journal.
There may be some resistance to your epic dream life
If you’ve had life experiences that are the complete opposite of your dream life this may create too much resistance when first starting.
Start with your middle ground and if able to connect - then move to epic dream life.
If there is too much resistance - book a call with me and we can make a plan.
The goal is to connect to pleasant emotions. Imagine how you want to feel — safe, calm, expanded — and repeat the process later.

Start with your Middle Ground vision. As you feel more comfortable, expand it step by step.
If there is still too much resistance - go back to module 3 and release the emotions coming up.
