Watch this short video where I’ll guide you through all you need to know with this activity and the step by step process.
Our mind loves to answer questions and we will utilise this element to explore what it would be (and feel like) if we could have different elements of our dream life.
This module:
Practice using “What would it be like if…” statements daily to boost positivity and openness to possibilities.
Use Havening to rewire and connect to desired emotions around dream life .
Troubleshoot any resistance points before next module.

If you’re feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed — this is our bodies alarm system firing off and emotions needing to be heard.
I advise is going back to the shift your stress protocol , neutralise the stress and trying this process again.
If you found the process stressful — take a step back and minimise the outcome i.e.

I ran a successful, multimillion dollar company > I have support to build a company that Iove
I could find the man of my dreams > the more I start to love myself the easier it becomes to attract this in other people

Think of the 3 minutes as a free time to explore and create possibility (and the pleasant emotions inside your body)
Ask aloud anything you desire and connect to the emotion.
This could be one where you go into the details or 5+ allowing your mind to go from one to the next within the time space.
The main part of this exercise is connecting to the feeling and doing this more often — so our mind can start to feel safe and comfortable in pleasant emotions.

Yes, set a timer for 3 minutes and free flow while Havening.
This can be in your shower, on the way to work, while walking on the beach. Whenever you want to connect into and place your focus on expanded emotions. -
The more this integrates into your every day the easier it can become to start attracting what you want.
I will do this multiple times a day whenever I want to reorientate and become the magnet for pleasant emotions.
